Delete Your App Data
If you have created an account using our app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via the developer EE Limited) you can delete your online account either using the functionality within the app or this form to request deletion. Please note such a deletion request won’t affect any contract you have with us.
Our data deletion policy
We keep data in accordance with our retention policy. You can read more about how we store your data by reading our EE Consumer privacy policy or EE Business privacy policy. While you have the right to request deletion of your data, this right may be overridden by our rights and obligations in relation to the data. For example, we have legal obligations to keep certain account information for auditing and compliance purposes. We may also have legitimate grounds to keep your data such as for the purpose of preventing fraud. As a result, we may not always be able to delete your data if it relates to account information, bills, credit history, etc. Please provide details of the information you'd like us to delete and our team will confirm whether this will be possible (for example, your email for marketing purposes or your payment/bank account details). You will be notified of the outcome of your deletion request within one calendar month.
